Responsibilities
* Have deep understanding of debt & capital market, especially in the area of green & sustainability
* Develop & collaborate with intends in the area of primary and secondly market, especially have expertise in offshore debt capital market as well as rating service. Fully understand the credit quality among varies issuers
* Coordinate with relationship managers to develop and maintain the client relationship by providing professional direct financial services. Be responsible for customizing financing solutions to help clients to seize hedging or investing opportunities.
* Provide timely information/insights of market opportunities and changes of clients’ needs, and update the marketing strategy accordingly.
* Conduct regulated activities under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission regulation, and providing analyses on equities, bonds or other markets (Including Global Markets Department of Southeast Asia entities)
* Achieve annual financial target (in accordance with market practice, department budget and other factors)
* Assist direct supervisor in managing daily operation of business; Oversee the progress of business projects to meet the preset target (Including Global Markets Department of Southeast Asia entities)
* Plan and conduct internal trainings as well as develop strategies and marketing plans to sell existing treasury products, and support other departments to launch marketing campaigns (Including Global Markets Department of Southeast Asia entities)
* Comply with local laws, regulations and other guidance as well as bank's policies, risk management and operating procedures in order to control risks, and report any problems to supervisors or related departments when necessary and prompt follow up action. (Including Global Markets Department of Southeast Asia entities)
* Comply with regulators’ rules and bank’s policies regarding money laundering and due diligence, the corresponding performance will be evaluated.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree holder or qualifications above
* Excellent analytical and marketing skills
* A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn regarding the innovation and application of financial products
* Adhere to professional conduct with good personal qualities
* Licensed to dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4)
* At least 7 years’ experience in financial services industry including 5 years’ experience in Bond Marketing.
* Well understand treasury products including their basic principles, features and risk factors
* Strong planning, coordination and communication skills. Think logically and be able to gain clients’ trust
* Excellent skills of providing investing and hedging strategy for customers
