Car Sales Executive (Full-Time/Permanent) Department: Sales Location: Crossgar, County Down Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 9am-5:30pm, Thursday: 9am-8pm, Friday: 9am-5pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm We are recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our expert sales team. You will have a key role in delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customers journey, from first enquiry to the handover process. You must have strong communication and computer skills with a positive and confident attitude and a passion for selling cars. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Point of Contact between the Customer and the Dealership. Greeting, listening and understanding the customers needs and requirements. Deliver expert knowledge and customer-focused service throughout the car buying process. Provide available finance options, warranty coverage, accessory options, and contract terms while managing price negotiations. Assist with set up and placement of cars in showroom, forecourt and backlot. Complete all required paperwork efficiently and accurately. Ensure every sold vehicle undergoes showroom condition preparation before customer handover.
