Overview
Resort Sous Chef position at Crieff Hydro Hotel, Crieff, Scotland. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help develop standards and skills across the kitchen team to ensure a consistently high standard of food that looks as great as it tastes.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen team, coaching and training to improve performance and standards.
* Support the running of kitchens in the Head Chef’s absence, providing strong leadership and a hands-on approach.
* Ensure food is prepared and presented to high-quality standards, reflecting the traditional and modern British cooking styles with a Scottish influence.
What We Need From You
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
* Strong leadership skills with a desire to develop and coach team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

* £40,000 per annum plus a share of tips, estimated £2,000 per annum.
