The Office Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team. This role includes overseeing incoming and outgoing postal services, assisting with various administrative tasks, and liaising with third‑party contacts when required. The role is based in the office full‑time to ensure the smooth and efficient management of postal services and other operational duties.
Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will manage the day‑to‑day postal services, including the sorting, distribution, and dispatch of mail. In addition, you will support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, data entry, and general office duties. The role will also include occasional communication with third parties, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in all interactions. This position requires a strong focus on organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task effectively.

* Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) – this is essential to the role

* Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
