Tasks
* To work with the customer to provide the best service available within the time constraints provided
* To create a relationship with customers and suppliers and be able to inform customers of any deviations to the plan
* Liaise by telephone/email/with partners/customers and other departments and suppliers
* General administration duties including order entry and customs administration
* Support the business with any additional tasks as required
* Maintain a team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications
* Some experience of computer packages like MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word etc.) would be advantageous but not essential
* Takes an organised and methodical approach
* Excellent approachable face to face and phone manner
* Proactive communication skills

* Good attention to detail
* Positive attitude
* Willingness to learn
* Punctual
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
* Level 3 Customer Service
* Functional skills in maths and English if required
* On and off the job training and location to be confirmed including rotation round other departments.
