Key Responsibilities of the 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer: Youll be the go-to expert for a wide range of external clients, delivering exceptional support across varied IT environments. Every day brings something new, and youll be right at the heart of it: Proactive monitoring of IT systems Helpdesk and incident management Remote and onsite technical support Configuring users, PCs, and servers Router/Firewall setup, configuration & troubleshooting Performing key system checks, including backups and AV monitoring/reporting Tech Youll Be Working With: We're looking for breadth, depth, and confidence across core Windows and cloud technologies. Your background should include solid hands-on experience with: Active Directory (Windows Server 2016) PowerShell scripting Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Office 365 Remote Desktop Services Windows 11 Networking & TCP/IP Backup applications & monitoring tools What Were Looking For: To thrive in this role, youll need to bring: 3 years experience in IT support (2nd/3rd Line) Excellent communication and customer-facing skills The ability to stay calm, organised and effective under pressure A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies A full UK driving licence Eligibility to work in the UK Working Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00am6:00pm This is an office-based role no hybrid working.
