To join us as a 16 Hour Fixed Term Sales Advisor, you don’t need retail experience to work here, just a commitment to being a true brand ambassador who is passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused.
You’ll love sharing our products with our customers with a warm and personal touch, ensuring that an amazing customer experience is delivered through excellent product and brand knowledge.
What You’ll be doing
* Warmly welcome every customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
* Discover customers’ needs and reasons for their visit through friendly conversation.
* Delight customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring allergens are checked throughout the time with them.
* Close the sale and confidently recommend additional products such as gift bags.
* Thank customers for shopping with us, ensuring they leave happy.
* Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
* Respond to customer feedback.
* Work with the team to support deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area clear and tidy in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Maintain the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard.
* When your store has a café area, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to our guidelines while keeping the area immaculately clean, focusing on upselling to customers due to café pace.
* Support the success of your store and team wherever possible.
