We are expanding rapidly and seeking aviation professionals to join our team, all crucial to our impeccable style and unmatched service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily operations, oversee flight scheduling and coordination, and serve as the main contact between departments.
* Monitor operations controllers, schedulers, and crew dispatchers to ensure performance standards.
* Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events by involving stakeholders and ensuring staff perform their duties diligently.
* Handle emergencies and unexpected situations during flights with a well-defined response plan and coordination with authorities.
* Manage last-minute changes, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and stay updated with regulatory changes.
* Oversee the scheduling and qualification of flight crews, including pilots and cabin attendants.
* Serve as the escalation point for Owner and Client services, providing support and resolving complex issues, while ensuring compliance with fractional ownership agreements.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are airworthy and available, minimizing delays.
* Assist in managing operational costs and resource allocation.
* Maintain records of operations, incidents, and customer interactions; prepare performance reports.
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Support training and development of staff to uphold high standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Extensive experience in aviation, preferably Business Aviation, in a supervisory role.
* Knowledge of fractional operations; relevant education and experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Understanding of international operations, worldwide flight planning, including ETOPS.
* Scheduling experience is advantageous.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
* Confidence in optimizing flight schedules and identifying sell-offs independently.
* Detail-oriented, productive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; additional language skills are a plus.
* Maintain professionalism while managing multiple real-time issues.
* Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
* Ability to interact professionally across all leadership levels.
* Willingness to work early/late shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
