IT Support - DN9
The rewards
* £29,000 per annum

Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 12:00pm–9:00pm; Friday: finish at 8:30pm
* Initially office-based; working from home after 4:30pm from day one
The role of IT Support:
* Setting user permissions and roles to ensure appropriate access
* Maintaining user records and documentation
* Setting up devices for users
* Maintaining the wireless infrastructure
* Assisting in managing the company's SharePoint assets
* Logging and responding to support tickets on the IT helpdesk
* Resolving general IT issues on user devices on-site or remotely
* Monitoring backups
* Supporting applications used in the business (M365 and NetSuite)
The ideal IT Support:
* At least 1 year in an active 1st and 2nd line support role
* Relevant IT qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and NetSuite — prioritised
* Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and patiently
* Must be able to commute daily to DN9 (within 30 minutes drive)
