Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a key person for a group of children, tracking and supporting their development.
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to foster learning and growth.
* Create and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
* Uphold and follow safeguarding procedures.
* Adhere to nursery policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Qualified NVQ Level 2/3 (or higher).
* Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach.
* Strong communication skills with children and adults.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for working with children.
