Who You Are We are seeking Qualified, Experienced, and Advanced Social Workers to join our Assessment and Child Protection Team. You should have a commitment to making a difference in children's lives and have the flexibility to adapt to various situations. This role is for those residing more than 50 miles from Swindon. What the Job Involves Join a welcoming, supportive, and nurturing team where you will focus on statutory assessments and child protection investigations. Manage a caseload during your duty week and contribute to the development of children's plans. Some children may need on-going community support, while others may require Child in Need or Child Protection Plans. Participate in monthly reflective supervision and access a range of training opportunities to aid your career progression. Skills Must be a car driver Must be able to attend the office 5 days during duty week (every 5 weeks) – 3 days when not on duty Must have 3 years PQE in a permanent setting
