The role will involve you managing a portfolio of compliance cases, in addition to dealing with tax advisory matters and supporting partners with project-related work.
Clients will primarily be owner-managed SMEs and groups but will also include UK entities within large international groups and a number of non-resident landlords.
Compliance issues range from those for large companies and groups to the firms OMB’s as well as its compliance role; the team works on a varied range of advisory projects for its corporate client base, covering matters such as reorganisations, demergers, transfer pricing, financing, cross border transactions.
