What Youll Be Doing
Youll be at the forefront of client growth - owning relationships, guiding performance strategy, and ensuring joined-up delivery across channels. This isnt a hands-off role - youll be part of the team shaping media and content planning, working closely with specialists across paid, organic and analytics to drive success.
Act as the go-to for clients - understand their world, challenges and goals
Develop insight-led campaign plans across multiple digital touchpoints
Lead regular planning, reviews and reporting sessions with stakeholders
Oversee delivery timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution
Help evolve the agencys offering by feeding into new tools, services and ideas
Support junior team members, share best practice, and bring energy to the team
What Theyre Looking For
Previous agency experience in a similar role (Digital AM/SAM or equivalent)
Solid understanding of paid and organic media and how they integrate
Commercial awareness - you understand how to spot growth opportunities
Confident presenting and reporting back to senior client contacts
A natural team player who brings structure, energy and clear thinking
A genuine interest in keeping up with digital trends and innovation
