Position Overview
Temporary Part Time Town Centre Projects Officer – supporting the Economic Regeneration Team in Oadby and Wigston Borough Council.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Town Centre Manager to engage local businesses and stakeholders.
* Assist in planning and delivering projects, marketing activities and events that enhance town centres and visitor economy.
* Support the Economic Regeneration Team in strategy and project implementation.
* Coordinate with local partners to promote community engagement.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of community engagement methods and techniques.
* Experience working with a range of businesses and stakeholders.
* Experience in organising events.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to work flexibly, with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
