Hourly Charge Rate: £12.75 - £13.00

Our client is a leading organisation within the scientific and manufacturing sector, providing innovative products and solutions to a global customer base. They are currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to the wider business.
Receptionist - Requirements
Ideally have DBS or EBDS already in place
Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House, or in a customer‑facing administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
Well‑presented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Receptionist - Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating visitor access
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Providing general administrative support to various departments
Maintaining a tidy and professional reception
Supporting internal teams with ad‑hoc admin tasks as required
