Job Description
To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. Your experience in leading, coaching and motivating a high‑performing team will be crucial. We will invest in your personal development and offer flexible working options.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere of support, motivation and inspiration for the team.
* Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems, driving the highest standards.
* Ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
Qualifications & Experience
* Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating others.
* Team player thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment; adaptable to change.
* Strong communicator, calm and approachable under pressure.
* Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, confident in challenging processes.
* Confident with people issues.
* Multitasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
* Experience with productivity‑related performance targets desirable but not essential.
