The Teaching Assistant Role in Malvern
Support pupils across Early Years and Key Stage 1
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Provide small group and one-to-one support where needed
Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Encourage positive behaviour and active participation
