What You’ll Do as SENCO:
*
Lead and manage SEND provision across all year groups
*
Coordinate EHCP reviews, assessments and parental engagement
*
Support classroom teachers in high-quality differentiated provision
*
Oversee interventions, testing and learning plans
*
Contribute to safeguarding, attendance and pastoral strategies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

QTS and either the National SENCO Award or willingness to complete it
*
Strong understanding of SEND policy and inclusive pedagogy
*
Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
*
The ability to build trust and influence colleagues
*
A deep commitment to equity, access and student wellbeing
