Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced Chef Managers to work with our client in the Telford and surrounding areas.

Working in an education setting, your main duties will include:
* Overseeing overall management of catering operations
* Cooking from fresh following a set weekly menu rota
* Leading a small kitchen team in delivering a timely service
* Being aware of allergen and dietary needs
* Stock ordering
* Stock takes
* Accurate recording of daily and weekly paperwork including temperature checks
* Serving on the counter where necessary
* Ensuring high standards of kitchen and food hygiene are maintained at all times.
Skills Required:
* Experience in education/contract catering
* Knife skills
* Knowledge of stock takes and ordering
* Management experience
Qualifications Needed:
* Food hygiene level 2 or 3
* Allergens
* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
* Previous xsngvjr experience in catering management preferably in an education setting
Competitive rates of pay paid weekly
Expected start date - early May
