Care Professional – One‑Hour Visits | Time to Care | £13–£14 + Mileage

What You’ll Receive
1. £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends
2. Double time on bank holidays
3. 30p mileage between clients
4. 16 to 30 hours a week (Guaranteed hours contract available)
5. Every second weekend off
6. Full training – no experience needed
7. City & Guilds-accredited dementia training available

Your Availability
We’re looking for people who can work:
11. 06.45am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm shifts
12. Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
13. Some flexibility to support client continuity

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
31. Valid UK Driving Licence
32. Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
33. Right to work in the UK
34. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
35. Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees
Preferred Qualifications:
36. Health and Safety awareness or basic training
37. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
38. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
39. Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
40. Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development
41. Reliable transport and punctuality record
42. Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity
