About the role:
We are seeking to appoint an energetic individual who will be responsible for the operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies in order to improve attendance levels and reduce persistent absence, in line with academy targets under the supervision of the Attendance Manager/Education Welfare Officer. The ideal candidate will be solution focused, have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage our students and families. Home visits are required for this job role so you will require a current uk driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
