Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve strategic objectives, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
* Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
* Monitor and report on team performance, analyzing sales data and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
* Develop and implement strategic account management plans for long-term customer success and retention.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Essential:
* Experience managing customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven leadership in managing sales or account management teams.
* Proactive approach to executing sales strategies.
* Ability to set, manage, and report on sales goals.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience in software solution sales.
* Excellent technical understanding of applications and technology.
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
* Motivated, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
* Willingness to learn about new products and services.
* Valid driving license with suitable vehicle for business use.
Desirable:
* Experience creating and managing sales strategies.
* Knowledge of the rental sector.
* Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
* Knowledge of ERP or business IT systems.
