A superb opportunity has become available to join a highly respected, award-winning Legal 500 firm, recognised for its specialist expertise across the healthcare sector.
With a global reputation for excellence and client care, the firm is growing its Healthcare Team and is seeking a skilled Associate/Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation matters.
You’ll work within an established and collaborative team, acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations, independent healthcare providers and insurers.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year PQE with proven experience in defendant Clinical Negligence.
With a steady pipeline of high-quality instructions, the firm is looking for an ambitious lawyer with strong technical ability and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
The Role
* Managing your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims
* Acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, MDU and leading medical malpractice insurers
* Advising healthcare professionals and organisations on complex, high-value matters
* Working closely with senior colleagues and supporting team development
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE
* Solid background in Clinical Negligence (defendant preferred)
* Previous experience working with NHS Resolution or MDOs advantageous
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-led approach
* Team player with a supportive, collaborative attitude
