Responsibilities
* Act as the face of the restaurant by engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas.
* Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, and organise special events where appropriate.
* Look after customers’ specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and establish positive communication with customers at all times.
* Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction and any issues that arise.
Qualifications / Skills
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
