Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join one of our clients in Totton that specialise in manufacturing and supplying temperature control solutions.
This is to start ASAP as an ongoing contract which could lead to permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Hourly pay rate between £14.50 and £15.50 depending on experience.
The main purpose of this role is to help out with all administration duties on the hire department.
Main Duties:
1.
Answering the incoming calls into the business, passing them on, or taking messages
2.
Admin support for the customer care team
3.
Web leads
4.
Supplier questionnaire, updating insurance docs, confirming bank details
5.
New supplier set up
Candidate Requirements:
6. Administration experience is essential
7. Customer service skills
8. Computer literate
9. Ability to multi task
