What Youll Be Doing Oversee Operations: Lead daily maintenance activities to keep all hotel systems fully operational. Preventative Maintenance: Implement regular inspection schedules to prevent issues. Cross-Department Coordination :Collaborate with all departments to minimize guest impact and quickly resolve issues. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work meets regulatory and safety standards. Emergency Response: React promptly to urgent repairs to maintain guest safety and comfort. What Youll Bring to the Team Proven experience in hotel or facilities maintenance.
