A well-established and welcoming primary school in the heart of the DT9 area is seeking a dedicated Year 5/6 Class Teacher to join our team for the Autumn Term. About the Role:
* Temporary position covering the Autumn Term (September – December 2025)
* Full-time teaching role in a mixed Year 5/6 class
* Working collaboratively with a strong and experienced KS2 team
* Emphasis on creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 5/6
* Holds QTS and has a good knowledge of the national curriculum
* Is confident in managing behaviour positively and effectively
* Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching
