Assistant Donor Operations & Resourcing Support Manager

The Post:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the multidisciplinary Donor Services Operations team within Donor & Transport Services (D&TS).

To assist and deputise for the Donor Services Operations Resourcing Support Manager in managing all aspects of the donor office, ensuring deadlines are met and standards maintained.


The Candidate:

Candidates must be educated to HND level or demonstrate equivalent experience. We are looking for an individual who has a customer‑focused approach, has staff supervisory experience and is organised and adaptable.

You must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to multi‑task and have the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme Disclosure Scotland check. Any candidate who have lived/worked overseas for more than 12 months in the preceding 5 years will also be required to provide a criminal record check from the appropriate overseas agency.


Location and Working Pattern:

This post will be based on‑site at Jack Copland Centre, Edinburgh.

The work pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
