With a strong pipeline of work and multiple tenders in progress, they are looking to expand their established commercial team of five Quantity Surveyors. Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing all commercial and contractual aspects of office fit-out projects from tender to final account. You will work closely with the existing QS team, Project Managers, and Clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects. Assess subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and place orders. Manage variations, valuations, interim payments, and final accounts. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Support the tendering process with accurate pricing and value engineering solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the office fit-out sector (Cat A & Cat B essential). Strong understanding of commercial and contractual procedures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Full UK driving licence (for site visits).
