We are recruiting for an experienced building Project Manager (site based number 1) to deliver a new build projects in Yorkshire Responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish including selection and qualification of sub contractors and suppliers. Site logistics on site with limited accessibility Assume ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety Ensuring the project budget is adhered to Ensuring critical milestones are met Liaison and meet with clients, architects and other stakeholders. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager Upholding the highest Quality Standards. Requirements: Previous experience delivering high quality new build and cut and carve projects in main contracting environment.
