About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join a thriving business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a positive, customer-focused approach to support a professional office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality administrative support, including diary management, document preparation, filing, and meeting minutes
Processing invoices and handling any queries
Providing support to the office and operations team
Working on spreadsheets and organising documents
Handling incoming phone calls, enquiries, and meeting room bookings
Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, databases, and records
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
As and when required covering reception and switchboard duties
This is a fantastic newly created role and the job duties will develop over time.
What we are looking for:
you should have:
Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role
Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and data management
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
A bright, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Team player
