Customer Service & Supplier Returns We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Supplier Returns to manage customer and supplier enquiries, returns, and warranty processes. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality customer experience while ensuring efficient return and stock control processes. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer enquiries via JIRA and email, ensuring timely and professional responses. * Process customer returns and RMA requests in line with SLAs and internal procedures. * Manage onsite, advanced, and supplier warranty cases through to resolution. * Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. * Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and cross-shipments with suppliers. * Maintain accurate stock and returns records within Sage X3. * Monitor faulty stock, ensuring correct labelling, tracking, and timely return. * Work closely with internal teams including Finance, RMA, Technical Support, and Engineering. * Support continuous improvement through customer feedback and process adherence..
