You will be joining a GP Training Practice in Southampton seeking a Salaried GP for 4–7 sessions. This is a genuinely supportive and collaborative team offering a well‑structured working day, protected follow‑up time and strong MDT support.
The practice has excellent retention, a stable Partnership and a culture focused on teamwork rather than firefighting.

Flexible on sessions (ideal around 6)

Workload & Structure
Only 27 patients per day
Protected mini‑session for follow‑up appointments (a 6‑session GP would have 8 follow‑up slots batched together)
No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
Half‑day Duty only, focusing on eConsult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract
