As the first point of contact for all calls and visitors, youll play a vital part in delivering a professional and warm welcome. Youll provide essential administrative support, keep our systems up to date, and make sure everything we do stays on brand and compliant. Alongside administration, this role also includes elements of marketing support such as helping to schedule social media posts and assisting with organising and planning our company events.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Handling all incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism.
2. Providing administrative support such as data entry, document formatting, and presentation creation.
3. Formatting CVs for consultants and uploading them to our internal database.
4. Managing confidential document uploads (e.g. passports, registration forms).
5. Ensuring compliance across vacancies, candidates, and advertising.
6. Liaising with IT support to resolve staff issues.
7. Monitoring system usage, producing reports on live jobs and new clients.
