This role will see you mobilising two high-end multi-let office buildings, playing the leading role in shaping and delivering a top-tier total facilities management service that reflects the buildings luxury status.
The appointed individual will lead a sophisticated, multi-let environment where attention to detail, proactive engagement, and a consistently high standard of service underpin the success of the asset. Alongside day-to-day operations, the role carries significant responsibility for overseeing large-scale projects and lifecycle works, ensuring the building remains both technically resilient and operationally exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with occupiers, providing attentive and informed communication that aligns with a premium service environment.
* Champion the building’s profile through a customer-first approach that supports retention, enhances experience, and reflects a luxury-level service standard.
* Lead and manage the annual service charge budget with precision, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and full compliance with reporting requirements.
* Oversee all H&S obligations, emergency procedures, statutory compliance, and safe working practices, acting as Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden.
* Manage risk and insurance compliance across all operational areas.
* Maintain and present comprehensive management information, statutory documentation, inspection records, and performance data.
* Procure, manage, and performance-monitor service partners, ensuring delivery of a consistently high standard aligned with SLA expectations and the building’s premium positioning.
* Oversee large-scale project works, refurbishment activities, sustainability programmes, and long-term maintenance planning, ensuring minimal disruption and high technical quality.
* Ensure full adherence to internal operating procedures while embedding organisational values into the daily running of all building services.
Person Specification
As the successful applicant, you will bring experience managing high-quality commercial or flexible workspace environments where service excellence and operational precision are equally important.
A background in handling large-scale project works, building fabric initiatives, or major lifecycle activities is essential, alongside a refined approach to customer service suited to high-net-worth occupiers.
Strong financial capability, contractor oversight experience, and H&S knowledge are required, with IOSH essential and NEBOSH advantageous for this level.
