Our client, situated on the outskirts of Edinburgh, is seeking a Baker to complement their expanding team.
The company, family owned, has a collaborative environment known for its supportive culture. Operating primarily on day shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, the role offers flexibility while engaging in a diverse range of culinary projects, spanning Hotels, Events, Weddings, Dinners, cafes, and beyond. Variety and challenge await each day, making this position both dynamic and rewarding.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional baking capacity.
* Demonstrated adaptability to change and a proactive approach to embracing new methodologies and concepts.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistently high-quality outputs.

Desirable Qualifications:
* City & Guilds 706/1 | 706/2 Catering
* SVQ Level 2 certification
* Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Certificate (DESI)
