We are currently recruiting for Talented Team Members, in various roles, to work at our Apollo Bingo Club in Caernarfon. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards..
The Role
* Entertain and engage our customers.
* Provide World Class Customer Service
* Meeting and Greeting Customers
* Providing help and assistance to customers
* Selling Bingo Books/packages
* Giving change
* Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
* Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable
* Serving/preparing food and beverages
* A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area
* Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club
The Person
* Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
* Good communication skills
* Cash handling experience
* Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred)
* A good work ethos:

The Pay and Hours
These are permanent positions usually working between 8 & 16 hours per week, to be agreed at interview, with a minimum rate of pay of £12.21 per hour. These roles include working across 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Hours to be determined at interview
