Description
Are you a dynamic and focused individual with a proven track record of providing effective and efficient finance support to internal and external customers?
If yes, then we are looking for a skilled Resources Caseworker to be part of our busy team. You will help to resolve finance requests using the systems, processes, and workflows in place and provide day-to-day financial support to both internal and external customers.
Our Resources Caseworkers ensure attention to detail, accuracy, and customer focus to enable the highest possible standards of support and advice to resolve requests. As well as finance casework, you may also be involved in a wide range of business support requests.
About this role
* Ensure accurate, professional, and timely case management is provided to internal customers to support their day-to-day business needs
* Assist in ensuring the provision of fit-for-purpose support services, systems, and processes
* Maintain strict confidentiality and follow data protection rules
* Promote understanding of case management processes and systems across the council
* Identify improvements in customer and service provision
