Reed Education Southampton is currently looking for passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers to take on long-term roles in local secondary schools across Hampshire. These positions are temporary and can be either ongoing or for a fixed term.

* Dedicated Specialist ConsultantYou’ll be supported by a consultant who will guide you through registration, compliance, placement, and ongoing support throughout your assignment.
* Flexible Role ExpectationsLong-term supply roles typically involve teaching and marking, but without additional responsibilities like planning or homework. If you take on full classroom responsibility, your role will mirror that of a permanent staff member.
* Temporary FlexibilityEnjoy the freedom of working without a permanent commitment—ideal for newly qualified teachers or those returning to the profession.
Salary Expectations
* Supply (long-term): £130–£160 per day
* Full responsibility: Higher rates available, with potential to move to full pay scale after 12 weeks
