This role is for a builder, not just a strategist. You’ll be at the forefront of how AI transforms our business, designing and deploying real working solutions that make our teams faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll collaborate across every function — events, operations, marketing, HR — identifying opportunities where AI can eliminate friction and unlock potential. From intelligent automation to generative assistants, you’ll prototype, ship, and iterate at speed. This is a rare opportunity to be the internal first-mover — setting the foundations for how AI is adopted now and scaled long-term across the entire organisation. What you'll be doing What You’ll Be Doing As AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI innovation — from discovery through to delivery and enablement. Discovery & Strategy • Lead internal discovery projects (surveys, interviews, workflow mapping) to identify AI opportunities • Audit current AI usage (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) and recommend improvements • Prioritise and define high-impact AI use cases aligned with business goals • Maintain a clear and actionable AI roadmap Execution & Delivery • Design, prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other automation platforms • Engineer integrations between AI services and existing systems • Rapidly iterate alongside stakeholders and IT • Define KPIs and measure ROI across initiatives • Make informed build-vs-buy decisions Change Management & Enablement • Upskill employees on responsible and effective AI usage • Create internal best practices and guidelines for AI adoption • Act as the internal AI evangelist and go-to expert • Partner with IT & Security to ensure compliant deployment Client & Event Innovation • Prototype AI tools that improve client planning & event delivery — from scheduling assistants to personalised analytics • Work with event teams to pilot real-time AI enhancements (chat-based concierge services, automated content generation, post-event summaries, etc.) • Scale solutions that elevate both efficiency and experience What you will bring What You Bring You don’t need to be a machine learning researcher — but you do need to understand the AI landscape and know how to turn ideas into working solutions.
