Family Care is a family-owned organisation providing fostering, residential, and SEN education services across the North West and West Midlands. We're seeking an IT & Digital Systems Lead to oversee our IT operations and help us use AI to work smarter.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support staff across our homes, schools, and offices, while also leading exciting digital innovation projects.
What you'll do
* Manage IT hardware and infrastructure (laptops, mobiles, routers, asset register).
* Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
* Provide IT support (remote and on-site across the North West and West Midlands area) and oversee our helpdesk system.
* Lead on cyber security, GDPR compliance, and user training.
* Explore and introduce AI tools to improve efficiency.
About you
* Skilled in IT support and Microsoft 365 administration.
* Able to explain tech clearly to non-technical colleagues.
* Organised, proactive, and keen to explore AI and automation.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
