What You Will Do
* Carry out assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with speech, language, and communication needs in a community setting.
* Deliver person‑centred therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and independence.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
* Travel across the locality to visit service users in the community (driving essential).
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with HCPC and service standards.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or equivalent in Speech & Language Therapy.
* HCPC registration.
* Experience working with adult caseloads.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills.
* Previous experience working in community or rehabilitation settings.
