Due to continued growth, a well-established and reputable Independent Financial Advisory firm is keen to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This organisation prides itself on delivering first-class customer service, supporting clients in understanding a wide range of mortgage solutions across both residential and commercial lending.
Working closely with an experienced Mortgage Broker, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to a busy Mortgage Broker
* Processing mortgage applications from start to finish
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with FCA requirements
* Liaising with advisers to understand clients’ needs and objectives
* Conducting research to identify suitable mortgage solutions
* Booking and managing client appointments
* Preparing and submitting files for compliance review
Key skills and experience required:
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience within a mortgage practice, financial advisory firm, or conveyancing environment
* Background in financial services with a willingness to learn (full training provided)
* Knowledge of mortgage and protection products is advantageous
* CeMAP qualified or currently working towards the qualification
