What You\'ll Be Doing
* Keeping our equipment running at peak performance with proactive maintenance and repairs.
* Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
* Leading changeovers, fault finding, and continuous improvement projects.
* Using CMMS to plan preventative maintenance and reduce downtime.
* Driving safety, quality, and sustainability across the facility.
* Coaching and supporting teammates with your specialist skills.
What You Bring
* Engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).
* Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (FMCG/food industry a big plus).
* A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
