Role Description
This is a part-time (2-8 hours a week) on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Ormskirk. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organisational support, managing the diary and schedule of the director, handling clerical tasks, and facilitating seamless day-to-day operations. The role also requires clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Skills Required
* Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills including Car Management (insurance, tax etc)
* Excellent written and verbal Communication abilities
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proficiency in relevant office software tools
* Must have prior experience
* Previous experience in property is a plus but not essential
