Quality Administrator – Temporary (2 Months)
Location: Ely (On-site, 5 days per week)
Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour
We are recruiting a temporary Quality Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading medical devices company. Reporting to the Operations Quality Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to the Operations Quality team, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and organisational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Quality team.
Scan and archive documentation into SharePoint and network folders.
Create and update inspection guidance, work instructions, and procedures as required.
Prepare reports and charts using Excel and Power BI (training provided).
Update KPIs and visual management boards to support continuous improvement.Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Knowledge of document control and strong working ability with MS Office, SharePoint, and network file management.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
