Role Overview As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, speaking with applicants, and helping match people with suitable job opportunities. This is a telephone-based role that involves both inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with candidates and helping manage the recruitment process. Previous recruitment experience is not essential, however experience in a role involving telephone-based customer interaction would be highly beneficial.
