HomeServe are now recruiting for directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team! At HomeServe we put the customers' experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry‑leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth. To help you settle into your career at HomeServe, you will undertake our extensive training programme.
Training Program
* Week 1 – Attend Home Office in Walsall Monday‑Friday covering HomeServe, health and safety and receiving tools and equipment.
* Week 2 – Buddy up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer.
* Geographically appropriate: accommodation and meal allowance paid for during induction.
Requirements
* Level 2 in Plumbing (certificates provided).
* 1st and 2nd‑fix plumbing experience.
* Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Excellent customer service.
* Proactive, 'can do' attitude.
* Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.

Location and Working Hours
* Location: Coventry.
* Full Time – 40 hours per week, including some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £34,800 – £38,950 (dependent on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in first year.
