Job Purpose

We are looking for a Producer for the Creative Marketing group to manage multiple projects and build trust with our internal and external partner teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work closely with senior producers, art leads, designers, motion artists, videographers, 3D artists, capture artists, and copywriters
2. Host meetings, compile notes, and clearly communicate to stakeholders and team members
3. Resource tickets to artists according to bandwidth and skillset
4. Understand scope of creative work and track how long each creative task takes
5. Keep Jira up to date and clear
6. Create tickets, assign, groom, and deliver all tickets on time and without mistakes
7. Learn to create reports from Jira (dashboards, filters, rich filters, automations, ticket creation, kanban boards, etc)
8. Own the creative delivery process and complete it promptly and accurately
9. Solve problems and blockers quickly and thoroughly
10. Provide regular project status updates to all our stakeholders
11. Work globally across multiple Game Skus and manage a range of priorities
12. Assist with cost estimation and budgeting
13. Organise files, document timelines, and identify potential risks with proposed solutions
14. Help the Production Team plan and prioritise tasks based on business needs
Required Skills & Experience
15. Project management experience in marketing
16. Experience working with project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
18. Strong attention to detail
19. Excellent organization and time management skills
20. Proactive and self-motivated
21. Collaborative and adaptable
22. Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions
23. Able to stay calm under pressure and keep the team motivated
