As our IT Network Manager based with our Head Office IT team, you will lead the management of our network across European data centres and office locations. You’ll play a key part in optimising, safeguarding and modernising our network to meet the demands of our fast-paced global business. You will be responsible for:-
1. Designing and implementing network infrastructure and architecture to meet business needs.
2. Leading the development of network policies, processes, SOPs, and strategic planning.
3. Managing and monitoring the performance of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers.
4. Delivering hardware and software upgrades with minimal user disruption.
5. Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and security frameworks.
6. Collaborating with internal IT teams and external partners to drive seamless integration and performance.
7. Overseeing the third-party NOC, ensuring effective diagnostics and issue resolution.
8. Championing network best practices and mentoring junior IT staff.
9. Ensuringpliance with relevant laws, standards, and Zero Trust principles.

10. Experience in network engineering or network management.
11. Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
12. Proven success in designing and managing enterprise-level network environments.
13. Strong knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, andpliance frameworks.
14. Experience with network modernisation and cloud integration projects.
15. Excellent stakeholder management,munication and leadership skills.
16. Relevant qualifications or certifications (, CCIE, TOGAF, CISSP) are desirable.
17. Ability to manageplex projects, make data-driven decisions, and drive results.
